<p>Fuel element for grill oven comprises a support with ogive-shaped recesses for holding the fuel which is in spherical form, and a casing of plastic-coated paper enclosed the support and fuel. Pref. the support is made of combustible material to allow rapid safe lighting of the fuel simply by lighting the support, and is provided with air inlet holes to provide a draught for fanning the flames. The fuel pref. consists of charcoal balls. The casing pref. consists of a heat-sealable film coated on one side with plastic, and may bear print e.g. for advertising purposes. The fuel is completely protected by the completely sealed outer casing, and is wedged in the recesses as a balls become pressed into the ogive-shaped recesses and remained fixed in position. Also, the fuel element is easy to manipulate and transport.</p> |
