<p>Swinging partition comprises a wing consisting of a panel of plastic material, pref. polypropylene, with a hinge formed by one or more thin zones in the panel, in which the edge of the wing is pref. rectilinear and extends parallel to the hinge. A second thin zone perpendicular to the hinge may be formed in the wing to allow the partition to pivot over obstacles. The wing is pref. fixed to a profiled bar parallel to the hinge by rivets. The profiled bar has a length at least equal to the overall dimension of the wing in the direction of the hinge, and is provided at its two ends respectively with a cap and an adjustable jack for mounting the partition. The partition may be fixed to a wall panel, ceiling or other flat surface.</p> |
