The machine has a chassis (1) which is provided with wheels (2, 3) and on which a cutting or stripping device (9) provided for removing the old surfacing and a coating device (11) provided for applying the new surfacing are arranged. The coating device (11) is connected via a conveying device (12) to a trough-like reservoir (15) for receiving the new surfacing material, which reservoir is situated on the front end of the chassis (1). The reservoir (15) is provided with support wheels (19) and articulated pivotably on the chassis (1) about a pivot (17) which runs horizontally or approximately horizontally and transversely to the direction of travel. As a result, on emptying of the reservoir (15), a non-uniform loading of the machine can be prevented or at least considerably reduced. <IMAGE> |
