<p>An ice cube maker with a coolant circulation system connected to a set of freezer elements, has a pivoting water trough such that water in the trough freezes around the freezing elements when the trough is horizontal and is discharged as cubes or lumps when the trough pivots downwards. An ice cube remover is incorporated between the base of the trough and the freezer elements which deflects the falling ice cubes, which have been detached from the freezer elements, into the ice cube container section. A water removal device is provided at the wall of the trough opposite the pivot point.</p> |
