An arrangement for the prodn. of driving belts and similar strand form endless articles of rubber to be vulcanised has two drums which can be rotated at an adjustable distance from each other. On their surface they have a series of profiled grooves and the blanks are slung around these. The drums are supported at their extremities in rotary bearings and are also stayed at intervals along their length to prevente deflection. Arrangement produces belts with uniform characteristics, economically, with drums of longer length.
