The cap has a limited tightening torque and incorporates a locking mechanism to prevent inadvertatn opening. there is an outer twist cap supporting a lower screw cap. these screw together and a slip coupling prevents overtightening. the coupling has a spring operated coupling ring. the cover has a coaxial cylinder lock (7) fixed on one side to the outer twist cap (2) and on the other side to the base (1") of the screw cap. It can be turned on the base and has radial grooves on its inner periphery near the spring. These located in locking elements (7').
