Printed circuit board perforator - has drill carriage with drive governed by program unit controlled by brightness scanning system

The device perforates printed circuit boards for the connection of leads. The device has a carriage (1, 2, 1') movable w.r.t. a drilling or punching tool (B) and supporting the circuit board (3). It has further an optical system (O) responding to brightness of points to be drilled, and connected to a program control unit (R) controlled by the scanned values. It controls the drive of the carriage (1, 2, 1') and of the drilling or punching tools. The scanning system is pref. a point raster system. The programmed drive is pref. a part of stepping motors (MxMy).
