<p>Turning tool for the cutting of circumferential grooves has a cutter spreading unit. The spreader is located in cylindrical-section recesses (12) in the limbs (6, 8) which carry the cutters (10, 11). The recesses extend at right angles and directly up to underneath the cutters. A transverse borehole penetrates at least partly through the limbs and is positioned directly below the cutters and has a spreading bolt screwed into it. One limb borehole has a right-handed thread while the other has a left-handed thread. Suitably threaded bolt is inserted into them.</p> |
