<p>The road surfacing machine lays a carriageway between two lateral borders, travelling on these, without rails, by means of two chassis, with support on the outer surface of one border provided by rollers at the end of one of these sets. The chassis carrying the guide rollers (12) is fitted with two separated switches (14, 15), influenced by its lateral setting with reference to the border's (8) outer lateral surface (8a). The rear switch (15) is linked to an activating element for a brake (22) on the chassis and the front switch (14) controls an activating element for a brake (19) on the other chassis (4). The switches may be fitted with scanner arms fitting against the outer lateral surface.</p> |
