<p>The universal industrial dishwasher comprises a rectangular crockery basket (6) in a wash chamber (2) which is accessible on three sides, allowing the machine to be used as a central or right or left-hand corner unit in a conveyor chain or independently. The opening (5) on the front of the machine housing has a flap door (9) which can be swivelled down into the horizontal position. There are basket-supporting guide rails (15) which lie flush against those (10) in the wash chamber (2) when the door is folded down. This allows easy loading and unloading of the crockery. The flap doors are designed for easy removal and can be replaced by slot-in sheet metal sheets (19) which fit into corresponding guide stips (20) on the edge of the corresponding openings (3, 4).</p> |
