<p>The end sealing rail is used in laying floor and wall coverings or finishes, cleanly defining the boundary between one type of covering and another, and it is esp suitable for laying into existing floors or walls in old buildings. It consists of an L-sectioned angled rail (2), with a short sealing shank (21) and a relatively longer fixing shank (22). The former may incorporate a greater thickness of material than the latter, which may have holes passing through it, for the passage of adhesive. The sealing shank may be roughly T-shaped. The rail may be made of metal or plastic.</p> |
