The sheets 15 may be of laminated structure, including, e.g. a nylon, polyethylene or polyester substrate, or of metal, and each compartment may be evacuated or flushed with a preservative gas; the board may be of polyester, polyvinylchloride or coated material. The board 11 may be flat, with a series of sheets 15 attached to one or both faces, Fig. 2 or Fig. 3 (not shown), or the sheets 15, which may be vacuum moulded, may be attached to a flange 74 of a cupped board 71, Fig. 7.
