<p>PURPOSE:To prevent ply separation from occurring and simplify the shape of a container by a method wherein the thickness of gas barrier layer is set to be 60mum or less and inert gas in addition to contents is filled in the package of multi-wall plastic container and the filling amount of the inert gas is the specified one, which produces positive pressure in the packaging body. CONSTITUTION:As the major material resin 4, polyethylene terephthalate or the like can be used. As the gas barrier resin 8, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, MX nylon or the like can be used. The thickness of one barrier layer is set to be 60mum or less, preferably 10mum or less. The filling amount of inert gas 12 is one, which occupies 81% or more of the head space 13 of the package 1 of multi-wall plastic container left at 20 deg.C under one atmosphere for enough long period of time and produces positive pressure of 0.4-4.5kg/cm<2> in a container 2. Thus, the formation of wall surface part, the curvature of which is small, becomes unnecessary and consequently no ply separation tends to occur. Further, production cost can be low, since the shape of the container is simple.</p> |
