<p>1445181 Superplastic Al base alloys BRITISH ALUMINIUM CO Ltd and TI (GROUP SERVICES) Ltd 11 Jan 1974 [19 Jan 1973] 2846/73 Heading C7A Superplastically deformable alloys contain at least one of Nb, Ni, Ta and Zr in an amount of at least 0.3% present in solid solution, the total amount being no more than 1% in a base material which is:-(1) Al + 0.4%-2% Fe + 0.4-2% Si; (2) Al + 0À75-2À5% Mn + 0À4-1% Fe; (3) Al + 0À25- 0.75% Mn; or (4) Al + 1-4% Mg + 0À25-0À75% Mn, any residue being known incidental elements (e.g. Si [when not otherwise specified], Be, B and Ti) and impurities.</p> |
