<p>Automatic production, by means of an electronically controlled manufacturing system, of a reinforcing assembly as load-bearing structure for reinforced-concrete parts, the former having at least one region (A) with planar reinforcement and at least one region (B, C) with three-dimensional reinforcement. In this arrangement, longitudinal reinforcing bars (11) and additional bars (12), the lengths of which are reduced in adaptation to the progression of moments, are introduced into the manufacturing system. Transverse reinforcing bars are likewise introduced into the manufacturing system and are shaped in a bow-like manner for the region of the three-dimensional reinforcement (B, C), are distributed along the longitudinal reinforcing bars (11) and are welded to these and to the additional bars (12). The distribution of the reinforcing bars and the cross-sectional shape and cross-sectional surface of said bars can be selected, in this arrangement, as required. The reinforcing bars may be put together to form double or multiple bars, and the bow-shaped transverse reinforcing bars may be put together to form double or multiple bows. <IMAGE></p> |
