Magneto therapy appts. consists of a central magnet and pole pieces composed of the following trace elements as pure metals: Li,Mg,Al,Si,Ca,Mn,Fe,Co,Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ge,Se,Mb,Ag,Sn,W,Pb. The three components are mounted in a non-magnetic tube, e.g. of glass. The appts. pref. contains 10 g of trace elements, 5g of Fe and 0.25 g each of the other elements. It is used for treating spasms, convulsions, neuroses, hysteria, etc. It is pref. used together with an electroniser of the type described in FR 1117626, which allows the effect of both the magnetic field and the electrons emitted by this appts. to be used.
