<p>The warning device comprises a flat circular case (20) with one end of the belt (12) fixed to it (24). The other end of the belt is fixed to a sliding bracket (50) on the other side of the case. This bracket carries a top hat shaped actuator (62) inside which is fitted a plunger operated switch (42, 44). The belt is strapped around the waist, stomach drawn in, to a predetermined tension. If this tension is exceeded by relaxing the stomach muscles, the switch is closed (63) and a buzzer (80) is sounded. An on-off switch (74) is fitted and two batteries (96, 96') inside the case supply the power.</p> |
