<p>The manually-operated corking machine has a cork feed mechanism to which a hand lever is coupled, the feed mechanism being incorporated in an upper housing. A set of bottles are accommodated on a support with a locking device securing them in position in a stable manner while the cork is being driven home. Support and locking devices are mounted on a base with a column supporting the housing. The mechanism comprises a cam acting on the apex of a toggle lever. There may be a cavity in the cam extending inside it to form a beak guiding the moving pin forming the axis of the toggle lever.</p> |
