Heat treating film-wrapped foodstuffs by infrared radiation - in oven with reflectors enclosing both surfaces of grill

Foodstuffs, ready-wrapped in a plastic film easily permeable to IR rays and sufficiently heat resistant, are heated in a closed oven. In the oven is a horizontal grill, the upper and lower surfaces of which are radiated by reflectors narrowing down in dia. to >=1 IR radiators. Heating is effected hygienically, uniformly and quickly without the possibility of burning.
