Construction element with smooth corners - has flexible outer skin with rigid lining with grooves of angled section

The construction element consists of a support section which is covered with a sheet of flexible material at the side which is visible after the construction is finished. The support section is provided with a series of V sectioned grooves (4). The tips of the V grooves come up to the back of the flexible cover. The angle of the section can be 90 deg. so that when the section is folded over 90 deg., the sides of the V of the groove will lie together. The grooves are spaced closely together, to reinforce the section and a layer of material (6) is bonded to the back of the structure. This layer is cut away locally where bending is to take place.
