<p>The lock consists of an inner housing (A) fitted to the inside surface of the door and an outer housing (B) fitted to the outside surface of the door. The inner housing consists of a hollow part (1) and a rear plate (2). These two parts are fixed to each other, when the functional elements contained in the hollow part have been assembled. The inner housing contains a latch pushed outward by a spring. The inner housing also has a rotary handle seated with a collar in one part (1). The collar has a square extension for two washers with opening corresp. to the shape of the collar extension. One washer has a carrier lug which engages a surface of the latch and pulls it back when the handle is turned.</p> |
