<p>Machine for prodn. of elements such as plates, ledges, posts etc. from lignocellulose-contg. particles and a hydraulic binder (pref. cement) comprises a feeding bunker supplying measured quantities of the starting materials onto a first endless conveyor. The materials then drop onto a second endless conveyor, which alternatingly moves in the direction of pref. 2 moulds, so that one of them is being filled, whilst the complete filling of the second mould is compressed by a stamp. The two endless conveyors can horizontally rotate around a vertical shaft to feed more presses disposed star-like around the vertical axis. This machine is simpler and has higher productivity than known machines. It can be operated practically continuously. The particle distribution and, hence, the internal structure of the prod. is uniform.</p> |
