The container, partic. for blood fractionation, comprises two circular pieces sealed together peripherally and each with a central opening, the opening edges also being sealed together. Further seals form concentric annular channel and inlet and outlet tubes for the channels are sealed in the material. The container is pref. of medical-grade PVC, and there are two radial seals to provide a connecting passage between the channels to provide a serial flow path from the innermost to the outermost channel.
