Water control gate for canals and basins - has plate sliding in grooves with seals against liquid and dirt

The blocking valve especially for liquid conducting canals of basins has a flat side plate. This plate is guided on both edges in guide profiles with guide grooves. The sliding plate enters the slide chambers connected to the guide profiles and the slide chamber is absolutely tight against penetration of water and dirt and ensures absolute tightness against water flow. The guide grooves (10) and the slide chamber are provided with elastic sealing profile (9) in contact with the slide plate (1). This seal prevents penetration of liquid or solid material. The slider plate (1) has vertical struts (4) on both edges which fill the guide groove (10). These struts (4) enter chambers (3) under grooves.
