The conveying device for transporting plates after spraying consists of two parallel bar conveyors. The bars (7) of each conveyor are inclined downwards from their outer end towards their inner end. Each bar (7) is at each of its ends supported by rollers (6) which run on longitudinal tracks. Each bar (7) is engaged by an endless chain orcchains driving each conveyor. To bridge over the bar conveyors along the longitudinal tracks there are rollers to feed the plates on the bar conveyors. The plates after leaving the bar conveyors run on delivery rollers (2). The bars (7) are fitted on their bottom side with holders (12) for engaging the endless chains and have flanges (8) for attaching the rollers.
