Integrated circuit wide band amplifier for high frequencies - including amplifying transistor in feedback loop

A broadband amplifier suitable for production as an integrated amplifier for the frequency range 100 MHz to over 1000 MHz using HF transistors. An inverting amplifier stage (T2, T5) has an input (7, 8) and output (9, 10) with feedback having a phase-shift increasing with frequency so that it gives positive feedback at highter frequencies. The feedback loop includes an amplifier transistor (T3, T6) of which the base is connected to the output via a resistance (R1, R4) and the emitter is connected to the input via a resistance (R2, R5).
