Building system using standardized prefabricated U-sections - founded on rigid beams supported by dwarf walls with sealing strips for air and water tightness

A partially buried dwarf wall (1) is built to form the foundations. The width of the wall corresponds to the length of the arms of the U-shaped section elements. Rigid metal beams (2) which are also prefabricated and standardized like the U-section elements are laid on top of the wall, one at a time, to give a perfectly smooth horizontal finish. The beams are attached by means of a thin layer of cement and include anchors for attaching the wall elements. Jointing strips are used to make the joint between the metal beams and the wall-elements air/water tight.
