摘要 <p>The high-voltage measuring system for three-phase high-voltage installations consists of an outer, coaxial electrode in a chamber surrounding the outer end of a high-voltage conductor which carries one phase of the three-phase system. The chamber is filled with insulating gas. The gas and the electrodes form a high-voltage capacitor. The inner part of the coaxial electrode is connected via an insulating bush to a conducting rod. This connection is coupled through a second capacitor to an amplifier which drives an indicating instrument. The arrangement acts a voltage divider. A similar system is fitted to each the coaxial cylinders surrounding the end of each phase conductor. A flanged cylindrical capsule surrounds the coaxial electrode forming the continuing chamber. It screens out stray capacitances from the other phase conductors.</p>
