The support panel is made from a single piece of cardboard. The centre is cut away and the edges are folded over to form a box of the desired thickness. A section is cut away from the centre of the side panels. The centre portion is cut out to allow for the depth of the tray. The flat of the box is slit at the ends to take the ends of the tray. The ends are brought together to slide under the ends of the tray and the packed tray is placed into a base.
