The clamping clip for fastening a cable or a pipe has a base clip and anchoring clip with clamping bolt. The clip arrangement ensures that cables can be installed closely on top of each other on the anchoring profile. The clamping and holding clip (1) has horizontal outwards turned bent edges (10, 11). The anchoring clip has inwards turned matching horizontal hooks which engage with those of the clamping clip. The clamping bolt supports a clamping pad so that the axis of the bolt is inclined preferably at about forty five degrees to the vertical axis through the centre of the cable or pipe.
