<p>A synchronised pneumatic drive is especially for moving vehicle doors for opening and closing. A flexible, incompressible, enclosed transmission system is fitted to the pneumatic double acting drive on the load side. Specifically, there are independent, individual drives and the transmission system is formed by at least two hydraulic cylinders. The cylinder outlet of one cylinder is connected with the inlet of the next cylinder and vice versa to form a closed system. More specifically, the number of the individual drives is less than the number of the cylinders of the transmission system. The cylinders of the transmission system also serve as auxiliary drives. With several individual drives, only the first individual drive is acted upon pneumatically for the one direction and the last individual drive is acted upon pneumatically for the other direction.</p> |
