A louver panel covering a rear quarter window for automobiles. The louver panel incorporates a frame secured to the window by means of a hinge at the leading edge and the securing plate at the trailing edge. To the frame are secured a multiplicity of louver strips projecting outward from the window at an angle of approximately 45 DEG .
