PURPOSE:To eliminate abrasion and noise by transmitting torque from an elastic vibrator to a mover through vibration of magnetic force (flux). CONSTITUTION:In an ultrasonic motor, a ring type stator board 1 is adhered with a piezoelectric element 2 on one face and a ferrite magnet board 3 on the other face thus forming an elastic vibrator S. A ring type mover board 8 is arranged at the side facing with the magnet board 3S while separating therefrom thus constituting a rotary mover R together with the ferrite magnet board 3R. Further, a ring type felt board 4 is arranged on the stator board 1 and a supporting base 5 is provided. When assembled, the rotary mover R and the elastic vibrator S are held, while being separated, in the fields of respective magnets 3S, 3R and driven through vibration of the magnetic field. |
