<p>Title cpds of formula (I): (where X is H, Cl, CH3 CF3,OCH3, or SCH3; Y1 and Y2 are each alkyl or together represent a gp. -CH2CH2-, CH=CH-, -C(CH3)2-, O- , -S- or a direct bond, and Z is a gp. or in which N(R)2 is N(CH3)2 or piperidino, A is -CH2CH2- or -C(CH3)2- and R2 is H, CH3 or C2H5). which are useful in the treatment of schizophrenia and various psychoneuroses, are prepared by reacting a cpd for formula (II): (where Q is a reactive atom or gp, e.g. halogen p-tosyloxy or mesyloxy) with a cpd of formula (III).</p> |
