摘要 <p>1461586 Liquid soap compositions UNILEVER Ltd 13 March 1974 [15 March 1973 24 Sept 1973] 12513/73 and 44624/73 Heading C5D An aqueous liquid soap solution, which remains stable in the form of a pourable liquid at room temperature, contains up to 50% by weight of a soap composition comprising essentially a mixture of (A) at least one sodium soap of a C 8 -C 14 saturated fatty acid and (B) at least one sodium soap of a C 16 -C 21 mono- and/or di-unsaturated fatty acid (which may be a hydroxy fatty acid) in an (A) : (B) weight ratio of from 9 : 1 to 1 : 9. Soap (A) may be derived from pure or technical grades of myristic acid, lauric acid, capric acid, caprylic acid, coconut and palm-kernel fatty acids, and mixtures thereof. Soap (B) may be derived from pure or technical grades of oleic acid, ricinoleic acid, fatty acids derived from castor oil and from rapeseed oil, and mixtures thereof. The soap solution may be prepared by saponification of the fatty acid mixture with sodium hydroxide and dilution of the soap mass with water. Thus, in an example, the fatty acid mixture is neutralized with NaOH solution in a crutcher, live steam being led in during neutralization. The soap mass is salted out with NaOH and separated. It is thereupon neutralized with a small amount of fatty acid and diluted with water containing a small amount of preserving agent. Other surface-active agents may be incorporated in the soap solution, for example alkylbenzene sulphonates, alkane sulphonates, alkene sulphonates, alkyl sulphates, alkylether sulphates, polyoxyethylene condensation products of primary or secondary alcohols, polyethylene oxide condensation products of alkylphenols, fatty acid amides, and block polymers of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. In addition, there may be incorporated into the soap solution colouring agents, perfumes, bacteriostats, soil-suspending agents, anti-oxidants, lather boosters, preserving agents and also detergency builders and sequestering agents (e.g. alkali metal tripolyphosphates, alkali metal pyrophosphates, alkali metal nitrilotriacetate and ethylene-diamine tetraphosphonate).</p>
