PURPOSE:To reduce the frequency of missing of a shutter chance and to improve the operation convenience of a camera by carrying out flash photographing accompanied with the operation of a release operating member even if a charge level is below a prescribed one after the number of uncharged locks reaches a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:The camera is provided with a counting means 102 detecting that the operation of a release means 102 is inhibited regardless of the operation of the release operating member 101 and counting the number of inhibiting times. Even if the charge level is below a prescribed value after a result counted by the counting means 106 reaches a prescribed value, a photographing control means 105 operates the release means 102 and a flashing signal generating means 103 accompanied with the operation of the release operating member 101. Thus, when a photographer often carries out an uncharged lock, he is judged as a photographer who aims an instantaneous shutter chance and the uncharged lock is released. Even if a charge is insufficient, a shutter is released after the releasing operation is carried out. |
