<p>A simple bogie for a double rail overhead track system, has a body of thin flat rectangular plate (1). It has a horizontal shaft (2) which carries rollers (4) and with a support eye (16) at its lower end. The rollers run on two rails of hollow C section (9). The body plate is widened around the shaft seating (10) and carries in its lower part two steering rollers (13, 15) which run between the rails. The central plate is moulded from plastics, completed with the rollers during the moulding operation. The upper rollers run on ball bearings (3) and are held by a nut (6).</p> |
