PURPOSE:To prepare a Chinese food having a large skin volume while retaining the light, crisp texture thereof by wrapping an ingredient with a plurality of skins comprising sheets made of wheat flour as a main component in a multilayered state. CONSTITUTION:An ingredient is wrapped with a plurality of skins which comprise sheets made of wheat flour as a main component and preferably have thereon depressions having a thickness of 0.2-5mm and projections having a thickness larger 0.2-3mm than that of the depression, small holes being, if necessary, formed in either of the skins, e.g. the outermost skin. |
