<p>PURPOSE:To provide the external memory medium having the higher reliability to mechanical or thermal stresses by integrating a resin case and a card connector. CONSTITUTION:A printed circuit board 1 is installed by connecting the plural connecting terminal parts previously provided thereto and the plural terminals exposed from the case integral type card connector 2 formed of the resin case and the card connector molded to an integral structure to the case integral type card connector 2 by soldering, etc. A conductor spring 4 is thereafter housed therein and is inserted in the form of sandwich by metallic name plates 3 from both the front and rear sides and the entire part is made into the card structure by adhering in pressurizing, heating, etc. Since the resin case and the card connector are made into the integral structure in such a manner, there are no points to be separated between both and the adhering in pressurizing, heating, etc., of the metallic nameplates 3 and the case integral type card connector are stably executed. The reliability of the memory card by environmental factors is improved in this way.</p> |
