<p>PURPOSE: To form low tacky adhesive resin coated articles by adding a nonpolar, hydrophobic lubricant to a hydraulic resin prepolymer, agitating the mixture for a prescribed time and immediately applying the mixture on a sheet, then migrating the lubricant to the surface of the mixture. CONSTITUTION: The nonpolar, hydrophobic lubricant is added to the hydraulic resin prepolymer in an excess amt. above the compatability and the mixture is agitated for the prescribed time to obtain the unstable mixture composed of the resin and the lubricant. The unstable mixture is immediately applied to the sheet to migrate the lubricant at least partly to the surface of the mixture, by which the resin coated sheet having the low surface tacky adhesiveness and having the capability of binding itself when in contact with water is formed. More preferable examples of the hydraulic resin prepolymer include an isocyanate functional prepolymer or the like and the more preferable examples of the nonpolar lubricant include mineral oil, paraffin wax or the like.</p> |
