PURPOSE:To obtain a feed blend for fattening cow, preventing retention of eating in the latter period of fattening, bringing about extreme increase in weight by blending yeast with yeast culture and by-pass fats and oils. CONSTITUTION:1 pt.wt. yeast such as Torula yeast is blended with 0.05-1.5 pt.wt. substance prepared by culturing yeast culture such as beer yeast in a mixed medium of honey, peptone and salts and dried in a state of maintaining multiplying ability of yeast and 0.2-10 pts.wt. by-pass fats and oils such as melting point adjusted powdered beef tallow to give a feed blend for fattening cow. 100-500g/day of the blend is fed to a cow. |
