Position indicator for working piston of servomotor - has control piston regulating connecting line between pressure and return side

The position indicator is for the working piston of a hydraulic servo-motor where the pressure line is connected wit the return line by a connecting line during the servo motion of the working piston. This connection line has a smaller flow across section than the pressure-and return line and is closed in given positions of the working piston. An indication instrument is connected to the pressure-and/or return line. A control piston cuts off or frees the connecting line between pressure-and return side (10,12). The control piston is operated by the hydraulic fluid which acts on the working piston. The control piston can move between stops. One of the stops is dependent on the position of the working piston.
