Fold up space saving seat for ambulances - has seat and back rest movably mounted on guide frame

The fold-up seat for ambulances comprise a seat (12, 13) and back rest (10) which are displaceably mounted on a guide (1) so that they can be folded away into a upright storage position flat against the wall. The seat and backrest are pref. coupled together by swivel displacement members so that they can be moved into the different positions with one hand. The seat is mounted to swivel about a fixed rotational axis (18) on one hand and a displaceable rotational axle (8) on the other. The displaceable swivel axles move into an upper dead centre position as the seat is folded down.
