<p>New 2-acylamino-nitrobenzene deris. of formula (I): (where X is O, S, SO or SO2; R is H, 1-5C alkyl, methoxymethyl, ethoxymtehyl, dialkylaminomethyl, piperidinomethyl, pyrrolidinomethyl or morpholinomethyl; R' is H, (I) are intermediates for 1-(2-acylaminophenyl)-2,3-di(methoxycarbonyl)-guanidines with anthelmintic activity. A typical cpd. is 2-nitro-5-phenylthio-methoxyacetanilide. In an example, this is prepd. from 2-nitro-5-phenylthioaniline and methoxyacetyl chloride.</p> |
