Storage type district heating system - has heat exchanger surrounding storage vessel base and fed by consumer return flow

A hot water heating system operating on the storage principle for use in district heating layouts, having a vessel with a domestic water inlet situated at vessel base and an upper domestic water outlet. A series of spiral finned heat exchange units are fitted around the vessel base and linked to the district heating system. The heat exchanger units (12) are supplied by the return flow rate. A thermostatic control is integrated with the entire district heating layout.
