Handle actuated cutting arrangement for foodstuffs - has working and top chamber with moving walls and cutters

The curring arrangement for foodstuffs has a cutting chamber open at the top. This chamber has longitudinal sliders on cutting gate at one end. Above the working chamber is a top chamber of the same volume. This top chamber has moving side wall connected by levers to the actuating lever operating a pressure exerting profile which is lowered into working chamber. This machine ensures high throughput together with high quality of the cut material which can be especially fresh meat. The side wall 6 of the working chamber arranged opposite the top chamber 9 and the moving side walls 10 of the top chamber is folded about axis 5, on upwards or downwards movement of the actuating lever 12. The actuating handle 12 has a parallel extension which is brought into contact with the folding working chamber wall 6.
