The chimney for handling powders, comprises a container with at least one opening on the top for filling and removing the powder. The base of the container is porous so that the powder can be fluidised, and an air jet device is used to lift the powder. A cabinet houses the controls used to supply and regulate the air supply to the jet and to the porous base of the container. The machinery includes valves and filters and flexible tubing to convey the air which is supplied from a blower. |
