PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for measurement of oxygen ocncentration, which is made compact in size and capable of automatic measurement by simplified measurement wherein operation of pump is controlled to regulated the amount of flow constant by detecting the changes in temperature accompanied with the changes in amount of flow of gases to be measured by means of the temperature detecting element provided at inside of a solid electrolyte.
