PURPOSE:In the production of a superconductive coil, a film device is dipped in resion liquid under a reduced pressure while its inside and outside are connected in a space by using a bar type spacer, then the spacer is withdrawn under the atmospheric pressure while the device is kept immersed, whereby good impregnation is provided and the effluence of the resin liquid is prevented. |
