<p>A unitary stencil (17) is releasably adhered over a space in a one ply business form (10). The stencil has two layers adhesively secured, one layer being a flexible stencil layer adjacent the ply and the other layer being a flexible frame layer spaced from the ply by the first layer. The second layer has a back face confronting the ply and is totally covered with a pressure-sensitive adhesive to cause it to adhere to the ply. The frame layer has a cut-out (16) affording access to the stencil and is peripherally co-extensive with the stencil. The thickness of this layer is the same as that of the ply.</p> |
